Are body oils under-loved?

Body oils are often only thought about as mediums for massage but there are so many benefits to using them on the skin more habitually.

The physical action of massaging oil into your skin and joints can help to alleviate stiffness, loosen up muscles and improve circulation, boosting energy and overall health. Suitable for all skin types, oil will attract to the skins natural oil secretion, to balance an overactive oily skin and will penetrate more deeply beyond the first layer of skin, not only making the skin super soft and helping to retain moisture, particularly for drier skins, but can also help to reduce the appearance of scars and give the whole body a glow.

Awakening Body Oil

Pure essential oils of tangerine, grapefruit and peppermint blended with vitamin-rich organic oils of sesame and jojoba will leave your skin delicately scented and the aroma will uplift your senses and support you throughout the day.

Inhale the awakening aroma of the oil before use by pouring a few drops into your palms. Apply to the body with long, sweeping strokes using firm pressure. Ideally applied in the morning, which will sustain and help keep you focused. 

Balancing Body Oil

Pure essential oils of lemon, ylang ylang and palmarosa blended with skin-soothing organic safflower and calendula oils will create a feeling of harmony and peace, leaving you grounded and balanced.

Inhale the balancing aroma of the oil before use by pouring a few drops into your palms. Apply to the body with long, sweeping strokes using firm pressure. This unique oil can be used night or day to nourish your senses and feed your soul, especially on those busy days. 

Calming Body Oil

Pure essential oils of chamomile, clary sage and orange blossom blended with organic olive and sweet almond will leave your mind and body calm and clear, giving you a feeling of comfort and protection.

Inhale the calming aroma of the oil before use by pouring a few drops into your palms. Apply to the body with long, sweeping strokes using firm pressure. Ideally used on days when you need extra comfort. A few drops on the wrists will also help with a good night’s sleep.
