Combining rhythmic massage with specialist lymphatic drainage techniques, the treatment supports the body's natural processes while creating a profound sense of relaxation. Ideal for those experiencing puffiness, fluid retention or simply seeking a gentle reset, the ritual encourages circulation, eases feelings of heaviness and promotes overall wellbeing.
The treatment begins with a personalised consultation and grounding GAIA Foot Ritual before the body is awakened through dry body brushing. Flowing massage movements using GAIA Calming Body Oil are then combined with specialist sculpting tools to encourage lymphatic flow and create a feeling of lightness throughout the body.
Available as either a 60-minute Full Body Sculpt or an extended 90-minute Signature Sculpt, the ritual can be tailored to your needs. The longer experience includes facial, neck and scalp massage, helping to reduce the appearance of puffiness while restoring a natural sense of radiance to the skin.
