    How to use

    Inhale the calming aroma of the oil before use by pouring a few drops into your palms. Apply to the body with long, sweeping strokes using firm pressure. Ideally used on days when you need a little extra comfort. A few drops on the wrists will also help with a good night’s sleep. Perfect to support a restful night's sleep.
