Our latest batch of Gaia Face Exfoliators is slightly darker in colour. This is due to the mandarin that we’ve received from the summer harvest in Italy, that is a deep orange.
It is common to see slight changes in colour with natural products, due to the growth of the natural ingredients from the earth and with the changes in season.
Mandarin essential oil has a sweet, fresh full-bodied citrus scent and can help soothe nervous tension and sadness when diffused. This uplifting oil is cold pressed from the Brazilian-born fruit peel.
It has antiseptic and antispasmodic properties and improves the circulation of blood and lymph glands to rejuvenate the skin. It assists with maintaining a healthy moisture balance while helping to repair scarring. It contains high content of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants, as well as having detoxifying and anti-inflammatory benefits.
An all-round exceptional quality to have within a facial exfoliator, to renew and refresh the skin, helping to smooth the skin and better receive our face serum and facial moisturiser.
Our face exfoliator also contains fine natural sugars, calendula oil, sunflower oil, and other essential oils of clary sage and petitgrain. We recommend using it once a week (or twice a week for more drier skin types) to leave your skin healthy and radiant.
